There will be no refund on any of the products listed as our Off-the-shelf Coffee products and Customised Coffee products are processed and shipped with utmost care. 

All products ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh products, we will not be making reattempts in case you miss your slot.
